Participants not affiliated with WECAN - $240.
Participants who work at a WECAN member school - $210.
Participants who have paid their $50 annual dues and are individual members of WECAN - $180.

Change in Weekend Schedule:
Based on feedback from last year - This year our Friday night offering is optional for those who are able to make the journey to Whidbey Island early. We hope that for those able to attend the evening is nourishing and fun. A wine reception will greet you and the school store will be open for shopping. The puppet play is sure to be an inspiration. There will also be time to unpack, visit with colleagues and orient yourself to the conference space. Our formal welcome will be on Saturday and keynotes will start that morning.

Change in Registration Fees:
Another change based on feedback and to align with the East Coast WECAN conference is our registration fees. We have changed our fees and added a discount for teachers who are part of a WECAN member school. There is also still an even larger discount for individual members and we encourage everyone to consider joining WECAN. On-site Food and Lodging:
Snacks and lunch on Saturday are included. The food is being catered by Whidbey Institute and promises to be nutritious, delicious and full of local and organic flavor. Please include any food restrictions or accommodations that need to be made on the registration form. Additionally, breakfasts and dinners, along with limited on-site housing, are available for registration through the Whidbey Institute here: Whidbey Institute On-Site Meals and Lodging

Washington State Licensed Daycare Teachers/ Providers:
We have been approved for STARS credits. You need to register for either the Friday performance or the optional lunch working group to get the full 10 hours of STARS credits. Individuals who work at Washington State licensed child care facilities and have a STARS ID may be eligible for reimbursement for the conference fee. Cancellation Policy:
Conference registrants canceling their registrations on or before February 2, 2018 will receive a full refund of the conference fee and supply fees.
Cancellations occurring between February 3 - 9, 2018 will receive a 50% refund of the conference fee and no refund of supply fees.
Please note: No refunds will be given after February 9, 2018.
